Air & Plumbing Today LLC Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF BEXAR COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES AND WHO ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Bexar County, Texas or the surrounding counties: Gillespie, Kerr, Kendall, Bandera, Medina, Frio, Bexar, Atascosa, Wilson, Karnes, Guadalupe, and Comal, and are 18 years of age and older as of 11/22/2024 unless state or local law prohibit entry into the Sweepstakes. The following are not eligible: employees, contractors, directors and officers of Air & Plumbing Today LLC (the “Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment, legal, judging and Sweepstakes agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or “step” of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes).
2. Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the Sweepstakes between 12:00:01 am Central Time (“CT”) on July 01, 2024 and 11:59:59 pm CT on November 21, 2024(“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 pm, November 21, 2024. The winner will be chosen on November 21, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time Zone.
3. How To Enter: Sign up on www.airandplumbingtoday.com (“The Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Only completed entry forms will be considered. Use of automated methods of entry or hacking into the website are prohibited and such entry forms will not be eligible to win. Limit one entry per household. Additional entries will be granted with purchase of service, maintenance or repair services in the categories of HVAC or Plumbing. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disallow or refuse acceptance of any entry form. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate entries or technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or any human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
4. Drawing, Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 21, 2024 at approximately 12:00 PM Central Time Zone (“Drawing”) from all entries. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner is subject to verification. One (1) Grand Prize: one 2024 Chevrolet Malibu VIN: 1G1ZE5ST4RF190451. Approximate Retail Value: $30,000. Vehicle will be picked up at 3615 Tavern Oaks San Antionio TX 78247. Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license from their state or place of residence in the United States; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be required to submit a W-9 and state withholding form, if applicable. No substitutions will be allowed or provided.
5. Winner Notification. Winner will be notified via phone call, text and email and may be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a completed IRS W-9 form within seven (7) days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline, return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, Sponsor’s inability to contact a potential prize winner within a reasonable time period or any potential prize winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, selection of an alternate winner from among all non-winning entries received. 6. General Conditions: Winner is solely responsible for the Grand Prize. No cash equivalent will be provided. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred or redeemable for cash. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Website Terms and Conditions (available at www.airandplumbingtoday.com) which are final and binding in all respects as interpreted, in the sole discretion, of Sponsor. Winner will be notified by phone and/or mail (using the information from the potential winner’s account or that was provided in the on-line or mail-in entry) and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, tax forms and a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted notification or Grand Prize may be forfeited. If prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the time of cancellation. This Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, with venue in Bexar County, Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Bexar County, Texas. 7. Limitations of Liability and Release: Entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor resulting from user’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any information in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes.
