Great service!! I highly recommend. I'm currently staying at an Airbnb and unfortunately the A/C system failed us during our stay. The owner called Air & Plumbing Today and they had someone out first thing the next morning. I received appointment updates from the owner of the property letting me know their ETA and a photo of who was coming for my own safety. Mr. Frank arrived promptly and diagnosed the situation. Sadly it resulted in a new unit being required which luckily the owner knew could be the case. They immediately made a 2nd appointment for same day service to replace the entire unit. The team which included Mr. Frank, Kayleb, and Jeremy. I work from home and I was able to observe the entire process. The team was quick, efficient, polite, and most importantly respectful not only to me, but each other. I've never heard "Yes Sir" so much in a day, which shows the level of professionalism and respect they have at this company and towards each other. Not once did I hear the word "Bro" lol. Kayleb explained all the necessary details of the process throughout the project, even showed me how to use the thermostat which was clearly new to me and more advanced than the one I had been using during my stay. They tested the system multiple times to ensure it was good to go before they left. 24 hours later I'm happy to report we not only have used the A/C but also the heat and it works wonderful.

I called because my hot water heater had a leak in a connecting pipe. I had already been told my system was not up to code. I also had a leak at the hot water connection to the washer. The water softener was not working well. I expected the worst.

These guys know their stuff! Highly recommend them for plumbing. We had a leak in our attic water heater, that we didn't even know about. It was the valve on the lower part. They could have easily said the whole water heater needed to be replaced, but they didn't. They replaced the valve, with copper instead of the plastic that was on there. Plus the 2 technicians that came out were super nice. So yeah, call them for your plumbing issues!

Air & Plumbing Today was amazing. We’d had our unit serviced by a different company in May. In July it stopped working properly. When temperatures in the house just kept climbing, I posted to Facebook asking for help. The owner almost immediately replied and by that night (a Saturday) I had two window units to cool the house until I could resolve the issue. No charge, just genuinely caring for people. On Monday, the other company wanted to charge a substantial amount, even though their Tech had not properly done their job or communicated to me that there was an issue. I call Air & Plumbing today and they had a tech out to verify the issue, picked up the coils that had been damaged by the other company, and had a team of installers out that afternoon. They truly are amazing and quick. All reps were extremely friendly and we are grateful we made the change. I can’t recommend anyone as much as I do this company!
Frank came out to diagnose my 1.5 ton A/C today. He greeted me at the door, and explained how he was going to diagnose my system. He was professional and explained in simple terms, what all the data was that he gathered. He then explained all my options and recommendation. ZERO pressure. I didn't know the diagnostics was FREE! I did purchase a new system and the install has been scheduled. Highly recommend to my friends and family! UPDATE: Installation by Gus and Kevin was also top notch professional! They were 5 mins early so they can explain the process and unpack the equipment. I had the same experience with the installers, they explained the process in simple terms. They laid down floor covers/barriers we cautious with removing old equipment out of my house, and were and completed a picture perfect install. Response time was fast, especially for July which I would assume is a busy time. Multiple options were explained and there was no hard pitch for the more expensive ones. Coordination was easy, financing offered an interest free option, team cleaned up after themselves and contractor to repair access door was included. This was especially appreciated given the run around I had already experienced trying to replace my A/C. May change if ever need to leverage the other offerings but right now they get an A+
After having several other companies come out and still not fix the problem, we were at our end. I asked around and was referred by several people to contact Air and Plumbing Today. I had a mysterious water leak in a bathroom, that had been unresolved for years. The prior owner of the house failed to disclose the problem. Brandon first came out to our house to check our issues with our ac unit. He provided, IMO, very good advice, didn’t try to oversell me on anything, seemed very honest and knowledgeable, he even suggested not replacing items that I felt needed to be replaced, I really appreciated that. Other companies were quick to suggest replacing everything.

Zach is among the best HVAC technicians I’ve met in over 50 years of home ownership. He quickly and expertly diagnosed the issue with my AC and took the time to explain everything to me. Had a drain issue that was leaking in a bedroom from the attic A/C . They scheduled quickly and had frank out at the house that afternoon. Frank was great, gave us good better a best options. An we went with best option. They set up for the following morning for Gus an Kevin to come out and install new drains. They installed quickly an efficiently tested they system, filled up both units with Freon and cleaned up . When they were done there were plenty of pictures and explanations of what was done which is emailed to you with your receipt. I’ve used this company for both plumbing and hvac and they kill it everytime with customer service an craftsmanship. Highly recommend using Air Today .

Air & Plumbing Today provided first class service. Jordan did an amazing job inspecting, tuning, and cleaning my system. He is a great communicator and went above & beyond. We had our system cleaned from another service provider about 3 years ago but there was bacteria and dust buildup in our system again. Having a 12 month old child in the house now, we chose to go with the UV light self cleaning system to prevent having to clean the system as often. We are excited to have a clean system with less allergies. We will definitely call again should we need service. Thanks again for the amazing service!!

Austin in the Austin office was phenomenal! He was working in another unit near my condo and noticed I had an issue. He quickly troubleshooted the issue for the night. Unfortunately our pipes are antiquated and need replacing. Austin was very quick and responsive. We called Air Today for a water leak in our bathroom. Chris showed up within an hour and identified the leak. He was very nice and shut off the water to the leak to prevent further damage and called out his crew to come and pinpoint the leak and repair it. Tatum showed up within 30 min and found the leak within the first 5 min he was there. He quickly identified its origin and began the repair…He cleaned as he worked and repaired the leak within 20 min. He advised us on next steps to prevent mold and cleaned up the area he worked in. He was friendly, fast, very thorough, and knows his stuff. Left my bathroom clean and usable when he was finished. While they may not be the cheapest, they are worth every penny and do a fantastic job. I won’t use anyone else! Thanks Chris and Tatum! And thanks Air Today Plumbing!

Our thermostat wasn't getting power and they were able to send Jordan out immediately after calling. I had 3 companies view and recommend systems to replace my hot water heater. None of the companies estimates included an actual evaluation for what would work best at my home. I had seen Air & Plumbing Today trucks in my neighborhood, so I called them. Roger came over and basically told me system I wanted was wrong and instead of making that system kind of kind of work he suggested a system that would work as if designed for my house and situation. NICE. I asked for a few days to think and called back Saturday to set up a follow-up appointment for Monday and instead Henry came to my house the same day. We signed the contract and Orlando came to my house the same day and installed the new unit. NICE. They got everything done quickly and professionally that same day. The new unit has performed as expected. We be more pleased. I would highly recommend!!

Great Customer Service from start to finish. The company worked extremely fast to come out during an emergency, locate and address our emergency issue even at a late hour. The repair was done in a extremely professional, clean, neat, and fast manner. All service technicians are friendly, personable and very patient. Explained their process, made sure we understood and work in such a fast, highly efficient & effective manner they seemed as if we had known them making the experience a very comfortable and pleasant one. (This time the plumber helped me load an antique table into my van because my air bnb guests had it up on end and i was worried it would be damaged.) Our ac wasn’t working right apparently because of a leak, so I called Air Today. Brandan came the same day to check out was going on and identify the problem and offered solution. They were professional and fixed the leak. However, I feel that their prices are designed to push customers towards the higher end of their pricing structure by inflating the lower end. I had a leak by the water heater (which is 14 years old) from an old copper pipe they charged me $1,100 to replace the copper pipe with Pex. The job was relatively small in size. I think that the lead salesman was trying to get me to buy a new water heater by offering it as a package for $3,200 with the low ball price being the $1,100 just to fix the pipe. Well, I went with the low ball because I just needed the leak fixed and currently do not want to take out credit for a larger job. If they offered part of the $1,100 as a credit towards a water heater in the future, I would go with them. But since I felt a high pressure sales tactic that places undue financial stress on cash strapped consumers, I’m going to go elsewhere. If I’m wrong and that was a $1,100 job then my apologies. Below I’ve posted pictures of the pipe removed and the repair site.

Both experiences I’ve had with the company have been amazing! I had them come out and check out my AC when I was buying my house and Jack was knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. I had some issues a month later and called them again and they’re doing everything they absolutely can to get my home comfortable for my family and I. Jacks customer service is amazing. He’s very understanding, does everything he can to get you to see the problem and gives so many options to help fix the issue. Honest review: these guys are top-tier, 10/10. Chris has helped us twice, always gave me affordable repair options, and talked to me as if we were friends, not doing a business deal. Ultimately, we decided to replace our whole unit; I already feel and smell the difference. Second, Josh showed up to check on the installation crew, talked me through everything, and offered some future options for duct cleaning. Lastly, the install guys, Jacob and Anthony, were phenomenal. They worked tirelessly going up and down the stairs in and out, and got it all done in a day. It was almost 8, and they still cleaned up the job site and ran through everything with us. It might have been 8 pm, but the service stayed the same from start to finish. They even vacuumed and wore booties. They deserved more breaks than they took, which was none. All in all, you can not go wrong using this company! Happy customer!

The day of the job, Gus, Jacob, Kevin and Anthony came out and replaced both units and blowers. Andrew and George were amazing! My 87 year old mother has been without AC for 4 weeks now and after many headaches and calls to American Home Shield, we gave up and called Air and Plumbing Today. They were super responsive answering a Facebook message from me at 7:00pm this past Friday night. They immediately called and had someone out to the house first thing Saturday morning. It was determined that she needed a new unit. They came out Monday to run some tests and I am happy to report she has a new unit today and called to tell me she was actually cold in the house. Important to note that while Andrew and George were there, they noticed a new carbon monoxide detector laying on the rocking chair. Without her asking, they grabbed it, put it together and installed it! Way to go above and beyond! Everyone, to include office staff have been incredibly pleasant and wonderful to work with! Also reasonably priced! Would highly recommend and I will be calling them to service my AC now that my mother has been taken care of!
I had an ungodly smell wafting and waiting in our bathroom to attack. I had a mold specialist come in who said there was no mold found. Then our AC unit went out and the smell doubled down in toxicity. Air & Plumbing today came in and removed our toilet, inspected the drain underground with a camera and then reinstalled and resealed the toilet. Instantly the smell is lessening and they just left. I’m optimistic the smell will be gone within 2-3 days, and they adequately corrected the source of the odor. It is a true blessing that I can take a deep breath in my home without gagging. Within the next week or so we will be getting our AC unit back to 100 per cent efficiency. So far, very pleased!

I had a double AC and compressor replacement done, and I have to say that I couldn’t have been happier with the professionalism and care that this team has. My wife called expecting to leave a voicemail and instead was able to speak to someone! Jack came out the next day(Sunday) and took the time to go over the entire system with us. We arranged financing on Monday, that was a little lower than the estimate. My wife called to discuss our options(they helped us meet our financing) and we were on the schedule for Tuesday to get our entire system replaced. Gus came out during the time slot promised and had the system running that evening! He made sure to show us everything they did and went over all the components with us. Our system works better and inside and outside looks neater than it did when brand new! If you’re having heating and air conditioning issues, don't hesitate to give them a call!

I have been dealing with an ongoing plumbing issue in my rental property and Aaron Plumbing today have been there every step of the way to assist. When I call the plumbing company Daisy answers and is Pleasant and professional and helpful in every way. I had to have them come out twice for an issue with water leaking from the second floor bathroom through the ceiling of the first floor. The first time they came out, the Plumber's name was Orlando and he was excellent informative and discovered one of many issues causing the leak and repaired it.
I was informed by my tenet the leak had not completely stopped but it was down to a trickle (Step in the right direction).
I called back about a week later and Daisy answered the phone again. She was able to schedule a plumber to come back to the property that same day. Tate was the plumber who came out the second time and he again was completely professional informative and did great work. He discovered that the shower itself needed to be resealed in certain parts and he did this for me at no cost. He advised that if this didn't fix the issue, he would recommend I hire a tile specialist to reseal the entire shower.
I wish I could say that is the end of the story but unfortunately the leak continued. I did hire a tile guy to come and seal the entire shower for me. This morning my tenet informed me the leak still hasn't stopped. So I called and Daisy picked up again. And again she was pleasant, professional and nothing but helpful. She even transferred me to the Plumbing manager named Steve. He told me that as soon as possible he was going to have someone come out and go into the wall of the shower and diagnose this issue. He took a lot of time on the phone to go over what to expect and some of my possible options. He was very friendly and personable. All in all this is about the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company and I fully intend to use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone. I have been dealing with an ongoing plumbing issue in my rental property and Aaron Plumbing today have been there every step of the way to assist. When I call the plumbing company Daisy answers and is Pleasant and professional and helpful in every way. I had to have them come out twice for an issue with water leaking from the second floor bathroom through the ceiling of the first floor. The first time they came out, the Plumber's name was Orlando and he was excellent informative and discovered one of many issues causing the leak and repaired it.
I was informed by my tenet the leak had not completely stopped but it was down to a trickle (Step in the right direction).
I called back about a week later and Daisy answered the phone again. She was able to schedule a plumber to come back to the property that same day. Tate was the plumber who came out the second time and he again was completely professional informative and did great work. He discovered that the shower itself needed to be resealed in certain parts and he did this for me at no cost. He advised that if this didn't fix the issue, he would recommend I hire a tile specialist to reseal the entire shower.

The most pleasurable and greatest experience I've ever had in a major repair for my house as the two man crew of Orlando and Henry worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight diagnosing my slab leak, pulling the water heater, repairing, installing prv valve in the yard, installing two new sinks for upstairs and ultimately doing a superb job on an issue I'm unfamiliar with. This repair gained me peace in the status of my home and I would highly recommend Air & Plumbing Today along with Orlando and Henry for all your service needs. A five star rating with no hesitation!
Andrew and Jordan replaced an entire ac system for us. They were extremely professional and courteous. It was an all day job and they worked consistently to complete it and did a very thorough job. They put canvas on the floor to prevent dirt trailing in and out of the house. They picked up all trash afterwards.
Overall, we were so impressed by the quality of the work and the wonderful way Andrew and Jordan worked together. The work was done as promised. They were on time and did not stop until the work was complete.

Met Chris at a gas station, noticed his shirt and decided to ask him a few questions about the system at home. He had no problem answering them, kinda felt guilty for taking up his time but he assured me that it was no problem at all. Chris was super informative and helpful. He took the time to explain the proper ways to maintain my system during both cold and warm weather, talked to me about proper filtration, how to get better quality air in my home and that I should be getting regular maintenance done to extend the life of my system. I gotta say that I was surprised at how knowledgeable he is and how eager he was to help out a stranger. All in all, what a great guy. Any company should feel lucky to have such a great employee!

This is the 3rd time I have used this wonderful company for my personal home and I refer all my clients to them because of their prompt response, attention to detail, quality workmanship and just kind and respectful employees. Brian came out because our pipe burst from the freeze. I was told it would be up to 2 hour wait and he showed up in 20 minutes. They located and isolated the leak and were able to fix it and ensure we continued to have water. Super awesome family owned company and top notch professionals. After our 8 year old water heater (new build home) failed over the holidays, I contacted 4 different plumbing companies and did a fair amount of Yelp and Google review checks. I was very surprised by how high the top range of the bids was compared to what was supposed to be the regional average. I’m glad Air & Plumbing today Made my cut because they were awesome. From the extremely courteous scheduler to the ridiculously prompt technicians (within the hour—lucky me, they were already in the area), I was impressed from the start. I found the flat rate pricing a little unorthodox at first, but I quickly adjusted, as they were very competitive. I gave the go ahead and Ethan and Robert snapped in the action and were done in practically no time. The end install looked great, and works with no issues. Shane B was very professional and informative. He let me know about the process and followed it. He kept me involved, which kept me at ease. He was very careful about maintaining everything around him and kept it cleaned and organized. He even wore plastic covers over his work boots to protect my flooring. Date of Service: 11/29/2023. We had a leak on the bushing connected to the Pressue Control Valve outside the house near the water meter. We were referred by a good friend of ours to Air & Plumbing Today. The staff member who answered the phone (a lady) was professional, courteous, respectful and understanding. She was able to schedule us for a same day appointment (1pm to 3 pm time frame). Roger R was the technician (professional plumber) who was assigned to our property. He immediately identified the issue and was ready to fix it. Roger R was punctual, professional, respectful, friendly, conscientious, explicative and ethical. He was able fix the leakage properly. Our technician was respectful of my husband and me, and our property. Quick and courteous, too. Furthermore, I was impressed he came prepared. He came to do a hydrostatic test, but nearly everything he touched he brought a replacement around with him into the house just in case something was needed on the spot. No running back to his truck having to find it, it was all there at his fingertips. Very professional!

Troy was really helpful and explained to me everything he would need to do to repair my AC. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about his work. The company is extremely responsive and had me scheduled for a diagnostic and service call within less than 24 hrs of contacting them. And there is no fee for the diagnostic/service call. I am very happy with the service that we received. We also ended up signing up for the extremely affordable maintenance plan and will only ever be using them for our AC needs.

Seriously the best experience with an AC company.. My unit went out in my condo and I had one company come take a look and they told me 9-11 weeks. If you’re a Texan in August, you know we can’t wait that long. They came out on a Monday and had it replaced by Thursday with a better option and was so communicative, kind and super helpful. Our main technician Chris was very thorough and explained everything in such detail (why it was important, the risk of waiting, what alternatives we had, etc). I appreciated the fact that Chris gave us several options to choose from for what we needed (which was extensive)… small minor immediate repair of a pressure valve and save up for the bigger issue and hope we don’t have issues while we save or get everything done and corrected in one visit (water softener had died, our drain wasn’t working properly, pressure to house was horrible, etc)

Micah and his team was amazing! Very professional and even stayed late to make sure that my AC was working properly. The AC is now blowing cold air and everyone in our house is comfortable! Very personable and we even discovered that we are from the same city! Thanks for going above and beyond.

Before they were Air and Plumbing Today, they were just Air Today, and that's when I had my first experience with them. They came out to service my unit, and although we ended up having to buy a new one, the installation was professional and thorough. I have used this company for a few years for my air conditioning installation and maintenance. The customer service is amazing. I called in service and a technician was out to my house within an hour. The tech went above and beyond to show me the issues with my AC and said he was able to fix it really quick because he had the parts in the car already. One of the quickest service I have ever experienced from any company. 100% recommend!

Had my AC go out - ended up springing for a new one in the end. They were able to get a technician out to me for the initial consult the day after I called and got me in for a replacement two days after that. They were responsive, the workers were uniformly pleasant and professional, and when I had minor issues with the system just after install they got technicians to me to figure it out within a couple of hours. It was not a cheap week but I do think their work was competitively priced. I would use them again.

The technician was very professional and after explaining what we were experiencing with our AC, he gave me a couple of ideas on what was happening. He then walked out to the unit and talked me through everything he was doing and looking for. Once he found the problem he walked me through the repair and also explained why it occurred. The first AC tech that came from another company said I had two burnt parts and with parts and labor it would cost $1500 dollars. With Edgar, he found the problem and just fixed what was needed and did not try to up sale any additional services or parts. A very honest technician with a great company! Great service!! I highly recommend. I'm currently staying at an Airbnb and unfortunately the A/C system failed us during our stay. The owner called Air & Plumbing Today and they had someone out first thing the next morning. I received appointment updates from the owner of the property letting me know their ETA and a photo of who was coming for my own safety. Mr. Frank arrived promptly and diagnosed the situation. Sadly it resulted in a new unit being required which luckily the owner knew could be the case. They immediately made a 2nd appointment for same day service to replace the entire unit. These guys know their stuff! Highly recommend them for plumbing. We had a leak in our attic water heater, that we didn't even know about. It was the valve on the lower part. They could have easily said the whole water heater needed to be replaced, but they didn't. They replaced the valve, with copper instead of the plastic that was on there. Air & Plumbing Today was amazing. We’d had our unit serviced by a different company in May. In July it stopped working properly. When temperatures in the house just kept climbing, I posted to Facebook asking for help. The owner almost immediately replied and by that night (a Saturday) I had two window units to cool the house until I could resolve the issue. No charge, just genuinely caring for people. Had a drain issue that was leaking in a bedroom from the attic A/C . They scheduled quickly and had frank out at the house that afternoon. Frank was great, gave us good better a best options. An we went with best option. They set up for the following morning for Gus an Kevin to come out and install new drains. They installed quickly an efficiently tested they system, filled up both units with Freon and cleaned up . Contacted Air & Plumbing in the morning and by the evening my toilet was up and running. I tried everything to trouble shoot it myself and unfortunately couldn't fix the issue. They were not only punctual to our scheduled time but they were both extremely professional and courteous! Henry was so knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Thank you Air & Plumbing Today for the awesome work this morning. I called and spoke with Terri G. yesterday for an issue with our kitchen sink plumbing. It was very late in the afternoon and she had someone out same day. After assessing the work needed, the technician returned today to complete the work. We have an old 1950s built home, and the plumbing is not in the best of shape. I work from home - so I needed this work done fast and correctly. To look at it now, it all looks new and in top shape. We called Air Today for a water leak in our bathroom. Chris showed up within an hour and identified the leak. He was very nice and shut off the water to the leak to prevent further damage and called out his crew to come and pinpoint the leak and repair it. Tatum showed up within 30 min and found the leak within the first 5 min he was there. He quickly identified its origin and began the repair…He cleaned as he worked and repaired the leak within 20 min. He advised us on next steps to prevent mold and cleaned up the area he worked in. He was friendly, fast, very thorough, and knows his stuff. Left my bathroom clean and usable when he was finished. While they may not be the cheapest, they are worth every penny and do a fantastic job. I won’t use anyone else! Thanks Chris and Tatum! And thanks Air Today Plumbing!

Our thermostat wasn't getting power and they were able to send Jordan out immediately after calling. Definitely appreciate the urgency they provided or we would be stuck with no heater for this freeze. Jordan was really professional. He is very respectful of us and our house. I had 3 companies view and recommend systems to replace my hot water heater. None of the companies estimates included an actual evaluation for what would work best at my home. I had seen Air & Plumbing Today trucks in my neighborhood, so I called them. Roger came over and basically told me system I wanted was wrong and instead of making that system kind of kind of work he suggested a system that would work as if designed for my house and situation. NICE. I asked for a few days to think and called back Saturday to set up a follow-up appointment for Monday and instead Henry came to my house the same day. We signed the contract and Orlando came to my house the same day and installed the new unit. NICE. They got everything done quickly and professionally that same day. Great Customer Service from start to finish. The company worked extremely fast to come out during an emergency, locate and address our emergency issue even at a late hour. The repair was done in a extremely professional, clean, neat, and fast manner. All service technicians are friendly, personable and very patient. (This time the plumber helped me load an antique table into my van because my air bnb guests had it up on end and i was worried it would be damaged.) The following morning, the Team of Jacob, Anthony, and Orly arrived on time and began the tear down and replacement process working almost 6 straight hours until the task was completed. They did a great job and operated very well as a team.

They were professional and fixed the leak. However, I feel that their prices are designed to push customers towards the higher end of their pricing structure by inflating the lower end. I had a leak by the water heater (which is 14 years old) from an old copper pipe they charged me $1,100 to replace the copper pipe with Pex. The job was relatively small in size. I think that the lead salesman was trying to get me to buy a new water heater by offering it as a package for $3,200 with the low ball price being the $1,100 just to fix the pipe. Well, I went with the low ball because I just needed the leak fixed and currently do not want to take out credit for a larger job. If they offered part of the $1,100 as a credit towards a water heater in the future, I would go with them. But since I felt a high pressure sales tactic that places undue financial stress on cash strapped consumers, I’m going to go elsewhere. If I’m wrong and that was a $1,100 job then my apologies. Below I’ve posted pictures of the pipe removed and the repair site.

Both experiences I’ve had with the company have been amazing! I had them come out and check out my AC when I was buying my house and Jack was knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. I had some issues a month later and called them again and they’re doing everything they absolutely can to get my home comfortable for my family and I. Jacks customer service is amazing. He’s very understanding, does everything he can to get you to see the problem and gives so many options to help fix the issue. Honest review: these guys are top-tier, 10/10. Chris has helped us twice, always gave me affordable repair options, and talked to me as if we were friends, not doing a business deal. Ultimately, we decided to replace our whole unit; I already feel and smell the difference. Second, Josh showed up to check on the installation crew, talked me through everything, and offered some future options for duct cleaning. Lastly, the install guys, Jacob and Anthony, were phenomenal. They worked tirelessly going up and down the stairs in and out, and got it all done in a day. It was almost 8, and they still cleaned up the job site and ran through everything with us. It might have been 8 pm, but the service stayed the same from start to finish. They even vacuumed and wore booties. They deserved more breaks than they took, which was none. All in all, you can not go wrong using this company! Happy customer!

The day of the job, Gus, Jacob, Kevin and Anthony came out and replaced both units and blowers. Andrew and George were amazing! My 87 year old mother has been without AC for 4 weeks now and after many headaches and calls to American Home Shield, we gave up and called Air and Plumbing Today. They were super responsive answering a Facebook message from me at 7:00pm this past Friday night. They immediately called and had someone out to the house first thing Saturday morning. It was determined that she needed a new unit. They came out Monday to run some tests and I am happy to report she has a new unit today and called to tell me she was actually cold in the house. Important to note that while Andrew and George were there, they noticed a new carbon monoxide detector laying on the rocking chair. Without her asking, they grabbed it, put it together and installed it! Way to go above and beyond! Everyone, to include office staff have been incredibly pleasant and wonderful to work with! Also reasonably priced! Would highly recommend and I will be calling them to service my AC now that my mother has been taken care of!
I had an ungodly smell wafting and waiting in our bathroom to attack. I had a mold specialist come in who said there was no mold found. Then our AC unit went out and the smell doubled down in toxicity. Air & Plumbing today came in and removed our toilet, inspected the drain underground with a camera and then reinstalled and resealed the toilet. Instantly the smell is lessening and they just left. I’m optimistic the smell will be gone within 2-3 days, and they adequately corrected the source of the odor. It is a true blessing that I can take a deep breath in my home without gagging. Within the next week or so we will be getting our AC unit back to 100 per cent efficiency. So far, very pleased!

I had a double AC and compressor replacement done, and I have to say that I couldn’t have been happier with the professionalism and care that this team has. My wife called expecting to leave a voicemail and instead was able to speak to someone! Jack came out the next day(Sunday) and took the time to go over the entire system with us. We arranged financing on Monday, that was a little lower than the estimate. My wife called to discuss our options(they helped us meet our financing) and we were on the schedule for Tuesday to get our entire system replaced. Gus came out during the time slot promised and had the system running that evening! He made sure to show us everything they did and went over all the components with us. Our system works better and inside and outside looks neater than it did when brand new! If you’re having heating and air conditioning issues, don't hesitate to give them a call!

I have been dealing with an ongoing plumbing issue in my rental property and Aaron Plumbing today have been there every step of the way to assist. When I call the plumbing company Daisy answers and is Pleasant and professional and helpful in every way. I had to have them come out twice for an issue with water leaking from the second floor bathroom through the ceiling of the first floor. The first time they came out, the Plumber's name was Orlando and he was excellent informative and discovered one of many issues causing the leak and repaired it.
I was informed by my tenet the leak had not completely stopped but it was down to a trickle (Step in the right direction).
I called back about a week later and Daisy answered the phone again. She was able to schedule a plumber to come back to the property that same day. Tate was the plumber who came out the second time and he again was completely professional informative and did great work. He discovered that the shower itself needed to be resealed in certain parts and he did this for me at no cost. He advised that if this didn't fix the issue, he would recommend I hire a tile specialist to reseal the entire shower.
I wish I could say that is the end of the story but unfortunately the leak continued. I did hire a tile guy to come and seal the entire shower for me. This morning my tenet informed me the leak still hasn't stopped. So I called and Daisy picked up again. And again she was pleasant, professional and nothing but helpful. She even transferred me to the Plumbing manager named Steve. He told me that as soon as possible he was going to have someone come out and go into the wall of the shower and diagnose this issue. He took a lot of time on the phone to go over what to expect and some of my possible options. He was very friendly and personable. All in all this is about the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company and I fully intend to use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone. The most pleasurable and greatest experience I've ever had in a major repair for my house as the two man crew of Orlando and Henry worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight diagnosing my slab leak, pulling the water heater, repairing, installing prv valve in the yard, installing two new sinks for upstairs and ultimately doing a superb job on an issue I'm unfamiliar with. Andrew and Jordan replaced an entire ac system for us. They were extremely professional and courteous. It was an all day job and they worked consistently to complete it and did a very thorough job. They put canvas on the floor to prevent dirt trailing in and out of the house. They picked up all trash afterwards.
Overall, we were so impressed by the quality of the work and the wonderful way Andrew and Jordan worked together. The work was done as promised. They were on time and did not stop until the work was complete.

Met Chris at a gas station, noticed his shirt and decided to ask him a few questions about the system at home. He had no problem answering them, kinda felt guilty for taking up his time but he assured me that it was no problem at all. Chris was super informative and helpful. He took the time to explain the proper ways to maintain my system during both cold and warm weather, talked to me about proper filtration, how to get better quality air in my home and that I should be getting regular maintenance done to extend the life of my system. I gotta say that I was surprised at how knowledgeable he is and how eager he was to help out a stranger. All in all, what a great guy. Any company should feel lucky to have such a great employee!

This is the 3rd time I have used this wonderful company for my personal home and I refer all my clients to them because of their prompt response, attention to detail, quality workmanship and just kind and respectful employees. Brian came out because our pipe burst from the freeze. I was told it would be up to 2 hour wait and he showed up in 20 minutes. After our 8 year old water heater (new build home) failed over the holidays, I contacted 4 different plumbing companies and did a fair amount of Yelp and Google review checks. I was very surprised by how high the top range of the bids was compared to what was supposed to be the regional average. I’m glad Air & Plumbing today Made my cut because they were awesome. From the extremely courteous scheduler to the ridiculously prompt technicians (within the hour—lucky me, they were already in the area), I was impressed from the start. I found the flat rate pricing a little unorthodox at first, but I quickly adjusted, as they were very competitive. I gave the go ahead and Ethan and Robert snapped in the action and were done in practically no time. The end install looked great, and works with no issues. I’d definitely call them again in the future.

Shane B was very professional and informative. He let me know about the process and followed it. He kept me involved, which kept me at ease. He was very careful about maintaining everything around him and kept it cleaned and organized. He even wore plastic covers over his work boots to protect my flooring. Date of Service: 11/29/2023. We had a leak on the bushing connected to the Pressue Control Valve outside the house near the water meter. We were referred by a good friend of ours to Air & Plumbing Today. The staff member who answered the phone (a lady) was professional, courteous, respectful and understanding. She was able to schedule us for a same day appointment (1pm to 3 pm time frame). Roger R was the technician (professional plumber) who was assigned to our property. Our technician was respectful of my husband and me, and our property. Quick and courteous, too. Furthermore, I was impressed he came prepared. He came to do a hydrostatic test, but nearly everything he touched he brought a replacement around with him into the house just in case something was needed on the spot. No running back to his truck having to find it, it was all there at his fingertips. Very professional!

Troy was really helpful and explained to me everything he would need to do to repair my AC. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about his work. The company is extremely responsive and had me scheduled for a diagnostic and service call within less than 24 hrs of contacting them. And there is no fee for the diagnostic/service call. I am very happy with the service that we received. We also ended up signing up for the extremely affordable maintenance plan and will only ever be using them for our AC needs.

Seriously the best experience with an AC company.. My unit went out in my condo and I had one company come take a look and they told me 9-11 weeks. If you’re a Texan in August, you know we can’t wait that long. They came out on a Monday and had it replaced by Thursday with a better option and was so communicative, kind and super helpful. I appreciated the fact that Chris gave us several options to choose from for what we needed (which was extensive)… small minor immediate repair of a pressure valve and save up for the bigger issue and hope we don’t have issues while we save or get everything done and corrected in one visit (water softener had died, our drain wasn’t working properly, pressure to house was horrible, etc)
I even called the company back for additional questions because my job had to done a different day (to get parts, start early, etc) and he immediately called back and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again! Great customer service!

Micah and his team was amazing! Very professional and even stayed late to make sure that my AC was working properly. The AC is now blowing cold air and everyone in our house is comfortable! Very personable and we even discovered that we are from the same city! Thanks for going above and beyond.
Jack was very professional and honest. Had the a/c problem resolved in less than an hour and gave excellent advice on how to help extend the life of my 11 year old system. Before they were Air and Plumbing Today, they were just Air Today, and that's when I had my first experience with them. They came out to service my unit, and although we ended up having to buy a new one, the installation was professional and thorough. We had a couple of minor problems after the install and the team was on it immediately and didn't charge any extra for the extra help.

I have used this company for a few years for my air conditioning installation and maintenance. The customer service is amazing. I called in service and a technician was out to my house within an hour. The tech went above and beyond to show me the issues with my AC and said he was able to fix it really quick because he had the parts in the car already. One of the quickest service I have ever experienced from any company. 100% recommend!
The tech, Orlando was very knowledgeable and professional. He was earlier then expected and that was very much appreciated. He took the time to explain the equipment and process. His assistant Shawn was very helpful too. He was a real asset to Orlando and was also very knowledgeable. This company was recommended to me by a friend that used them and I was very satisfied and pleased with their service and their friendly technicians. I will recommend them to my friends.
Had my AC go out - ended up springing for a new one in the end. They were able to get a technician out to me for the initial consult the day after I called and got me in for a replacement two days after that. They were responsive, the workers were uniformly pleasant and professional, and when I had minor issues with the system just after install they got technicians to me to figure it out within a couple of hours. It was not a cheap week but I do think their work was competitively priced. I would use them again.
Reviewing as a tenant here: we had issues with our HVAC that was inspected by a different vendor who said the owners would have to replace the entire unit. Landlord didn't agree and we thought we'd have to suffer through this Texas heat. Air & Plumbing came out to get a second set of eyes, and it turned out to be a really simple (and much less expensive) fix. The technicians were very professional, explained everything and showed exactly what they fixed. They were honest, respectful, and punctual.
The technician was very professional and after explaining what we were experiencing with our AC, he gave me a couple of ideas on what was happening. He then walked out to the unit and talked me through everything he was doing and looking for. Once he found the problem he walked me through the repair and also explained why it occurred. The first AC tech that came from another company said I had two burnt parts and with parts and labor it would cost $1500 dollars. With Edgar, he found the problem and just fixed what was needed and did not try to up sale any additional services or parts. A very honest technician with a great company! I will definitely continue to use Air Today Air-conditioning and Heating.
Superb service, showed up on time the same day on a Sunday. Technician was knowledgeable and said "there's nothing wrong just the thermostat was set to heating pump, if that's the case we won't charge you". I was amazed for his honesty. I admire honesty, for that I purchased the maintenance one year plan. All-around amazing job.
Our water heater went out and in less than 24 hours we had a brand new one installed. Incredible service, fair price, and very professional service. We will definitely use them again! Very happy customer.
