LEAD HVAC Installer

You will lead our HVAC install team to install and replace HVAC units including central, mini-split ductless, heat pumps, commercial packaged units, ventilation systems and more. You’ll get great hourly PLUS a % paid on each install job!

Responsibilities- You Will Lead Our HVAC Install Team To:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including central HVAC units and mini-split ductless HVAC units.
Inspect and perform equipment installations and replacements
Both commercial and residential installations
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC installation – at least 3 years is preferred
Familiar with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong team leadership skills
Must have a valid drivers license

 Job Duties

• Perform plumbing remodel and addition work Perform testing Plan the layout of plumbing, produce accurate drawings on site
• Evaluate and Diagnose problems
• Must be able to communicate well with customers, verbal & written
• Occasional service work with other plumbers as needed

Candidates Should Have:

• A minimum of 8 years experience in service plumbing work
• Ability to handle tools necessary for plumbing work
• Proficient with using iPad with plumbing software that we provide on job sites
• Excellent customer service skills, be able to build rapport with customers
• A clean driving record
• Possess the working knowledge to evaluate and diagnose plumbing problems and then be able to fix the issue
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Strong attention to detail

Experience in working with:

• Pumps
• Commercial water systems
• High rise water systems
• RP backflow preventers
• Commercial water shutdown procedures
• Recirculation systems,

Physical Demands The ideal candidate can use a variety of hand tools and plumbing equipment to get the job done. Each job is unique and will require ingenuity and creativity to find the best solution for each customer. This is a physically demanding career that requires licensed plumbers to crawl into tight spaces, under homes, into attics and other tight and awkward spaces to locate and repair plumbing problems.

Our licensed plumbers are very friendly and polite to our customers, they give them the best experience possible while solving their plumbing issues with a positive and friendly attitude.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour plus commission!
